Hi, I am Jada, founder of JWS Scout. I created JWS Scout to make it easier for property owners and real estate investors to connect without all of the unnecessary back and forth.
I work with active investors throughout Indianapolis and surrounding areas, helping identify potential opportunities, analyze properties, coordinate walkthroughs, and connect sellers with buyers whose investment criteria fit the property.
My experience working around real estate has taught me that every property and every seller's situation is different. I take the time to understand the property, the seller's goals, and the numbers before presenting an opportunity to my network.
I am not a real estate agent and do not represent sellers as their agent. My role is to connect opportunities with potential buyers and, when authorized, market the opportunity to my investor network.
I built JWS Scout around organization, communication, transparency, and relationships, not pressure.
